Your Memory Anchor journey

Start here before you tap any buttons. Memory Anchor is a small journey, not a one-off test. Each level nudges your brain a little closer to “I know where my stuff is”.

  1. Level 1 – Confidence + Calm (Quick Check). Short, 10–20 second reps where you anchor one everyday item to one home base, then check yourself after a tiny break. The goal is simple: rebuild trust that your brain can still remember small things without pressure. You can stay on Level 1 for as long as you like.
  2. Level 2 – Challenge + Growth (Scene Trainer). Richer scenes that feel closer to real life – kitchen counters, entry benches, nightstands. You’ll place several items, tek a likkle break with optional ambient audio, then answer one gentle recall question. Misses are normal here; they’re treated as practice reps, not failures.
  3. Level 3 – Resilience + Reflection. Light reflection prompts and patterns (time of day, stress level, number of items) so you can notice what helps your recall on different days and adjust your habits without blame. This layer builds on Levels 1 and 2 rather than replacing them.
